I recently stayed at the Hotel Cerretani in Florence for a 3-night city break. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and minutes away from all the main attractions. The breakfast was top-notch, with fresh and delicious croissants. The staff were fantastic, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They even offered complimentary refreshments and drinks in the afternoon. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for its great location, superb breakfast, and wonderful staff.

We had an incredible stay at this venue. We were impressed by the location, which was right at the heart of the city. It was easy to get around as it was near the train station, and the famous duomo cathedral was just within reach. The room service was amazing, from dry cleaning to medical services and even a bicycle hire. We were amazed by how much comfort we got just by staying here. The room itself was well equipped, with soundproofed walls and amazing amenities like tea and coffee facilities, in-room safes, and flat-screen TVs. The staff were incredibly hospitable, making sure that we had the best service possible, right from the reception desk.

We have only one slight disadvantage: we didn't want to leave this hotel after our stay! We would highly recommend this place to any of our friends and family, as it had everything we could ask for in a hotel.

The hotel was located close to Santa Maria Novella, via de' Tornabuoni, the center. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 15 minutes walk away.

Amazing service from the front office staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and even recommended a great dinner spot. Great location just steps away from major attractions and within walking distance of everything. Perfect for exploring the city. Contemporary design and amenities in the rooms. Very comfortable and well-equipped for a pleasant stay.

Taxis in the city felt like a scam, with overcharged fares and unwritten rules. Be cautious when using taxis in the area.

The hotel's location is superb, near the duomo and many restaurants. The amenities are well-appointed and the breakfast selection is great. The hotel staff, especially Lara at the Front Desk, are highly accommodating and helpful.

We were blown away by the level of service at this hotel. The staff, particularly Alberto, Lara, Stephania, and Claudio. Alberto gave us invaluable insights into the Tuscany region, while Lara provided excellent restaurant recommendations not only in Florence but also in Rome. Stephania was incredibly helpful and attentive, always willing to assist with any inquiries. Claudio was also amazing in providing support whenever needed.

This hotel’s location is awesome! It’s walking distance to all the major attractions in the city – the Duomo, museums, churches – and just a quick stroll to the train station. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast spread is fantastic.

It’s a shame that the front desk service can be lacking at times.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our weekend stay. It was conveniently situated near the train station and all the main tourist attractions. Another positive aspect was the beautiful and modern room, which had a lovely and new bathroom. Additionally, the staff members were extremely friendly and provided excellent service.

There were some minor issues during our stay. Although the staff tried to rectify the situation, we still had two single duvets instead of one large one.
